Your area of responsibility
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and acquiring complex battery storage projects for selected companies. In the role of solution sales and expert, you will determine the entire sales process up to and including contract negotiations. This includes cooperation with internal resources, the involvement of marketing, partners or international high-level experts from outside or within our own organization. Thanks to your expertise in the field of energy storage, you recognize the needs of your customers and prospects and, together with other specialists, define the sales and marketing strategy and implement the necessary measures and actions. Thanks to your experience and expertise, you are familiar with Swedish market trends and competitors and are therefore able to identify solution advantages and successfully implement targeted measures.
Your personality
For this position you have a higher technical education or comparable practical experience with further training. In addition to many years of sales experience, you have solid specialist knowledge in the field of renewable energy (inverters, energy storage) and want to expand this knowledge further. You also enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are able to represent complex solutions and can develop concepts and variants, including the respective benefit arguments.
You enjoy negotiating at all levels and have a good feel for people. You are convincing with strong presentations and are a good communicator. You know your competitors well, are sales and consulting-oriented and speak fluent Swedish and English. German would be an advantage.

Responsibility
- Acquisition of new customers and projects (B2B)
- Development and expansion ofaccounts / key accounts in the area of Realization of battery storage projects
- Identification of potential and development of sales strategies
- Preparation of offers and calculations
- Close cooperation with the technical department and project management
- Conducting contract negotiations and conclusion of framework agreements
- Market analysis and identification of new business areas
- Participation in trade fairs and industry events
Skills
- Several years of professional experience in sales / key account management with a focus on business development
- Degree in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- 2+ years of experience in the areas of energy storage systems, photovoltaics or data centers
- Technical background is an advantage (electrical/mechanical engineering)
- Business fluent in Swedish and English, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel in Schweden
- Goal-oriented and independent, very well organized way of working
